Jennifer Grinke is a Partner at Albin Roach.

Jennifer L. Grinke joined Albin Roach as an associate in 2014, where she practices exclusively in the firm’s Family Law Section. Jennifer started her legal career practicing with a national family law firm in Plano & Frisco TX , where she practiced solely in the area of domestic litigation. Jennifer’s practice encompasses all areas of family law, where she assists her clients in finding solutions in child custody actions, divorce, modifications of prior orders post-divorce matters and child support cases. Jennifer recognizes the importance and sensitivity of family law matters and strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Jennifer has litigated various disputed matters in the area of family law to successful resolution and she has represented players and executives for Dallas Cowboys in complex family matters involving multi-jurisdictional questions of law.

Jennifer is an associate member of Annette Ann Steward Inns of Court, a group specifically reserved for esteemed family lawyers. Jennifer is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section, Texas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Family Law Foundation.

Jennifer has completed Interdisciplinary training for Collaborative Practice and, in 2013, helped form Collaborative Family Solutions, a group dedicated to reaching collaborative resolutions in family law cases.

Prior to attending law school, Jennifer attended Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California, where she received a B.S. in Political Science and a B.S. in Finance.  After college, Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

While in law school, Jennifer served as an associate editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, was on the Dean’s List, served as secretary for Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Counsel, which organizes and facilitate Moot Court competitions. Jennifer was also chosen as a member of the law schools National Trial Team, where she competed through all phases of a civil trial, from preparation of trial brief to jury arguments. She gained valuable experience and strengthened her litigation skills by interning with a private law firm as a law student with a special license to practice law and through her externship with Honorable Judge Ken Tapscott of the Dallas County Court at Law 4.

During law school, Jennifer began focusing her career in the area of family law as a Guardian Ad Litem through the Court Appointed Special Advocates Program (C.A.S.A.), where she volunteered as an advocate for children of abused and neglected families. Through this capacity, she was exposed to a variety of family law issues first hand and developed a passion for family law that she now carries throughout each case and through her advocacy in the courtroom.
