Abby Foster

President

Abby Foster is the current President of Collin County Young Lawyers Association.  Always looking to build strong relationships, Abby serves as contact for North Texas School of Law working with incoming students.

Abby Foster joined Verner Brumley Mueller Parker in 2013 and was most recently elected President of the Collin County Young Lawyers Association. Abby served as a member of the CCYLA Board of Directors since 2013 and is the current President of CCLYA and is also a member of Collin County Women Lawyers Association, Collin County Bar Association, and Dallas Bar Association.

Abby’s legal practice is devoted exclusively to family law, specializing in high conflict divorce, custody cases, complex property issues, and pre-nuptial agreements. Abby has co-authored several publications, including one for the 31st Advanced Family Law Course for the State Bar of Texas.

A graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law, Abby and her family are proud to call Collin County home for the last ten years.
